Instructive.
And there remains only the full employment of a few better engineers to design these machines.
But there are still some rare manual tasks to automate again !!!.

Ahaha but it's not SNCF: according to the logo on the machine SNCB (it's like for France but Belgian version ...)

Unless it is used second-hand equipment exported but I don't think so: I recognize the skills of SNCB maintenance employees ...

It's still beautiful mechanics !!

Is that LRS pose?

However, the legal retirement in Belgium is still 65 years old ...

This problem of eliminating manual jobs has existed for over 200 years, with the first much more efficient mechanical looms, canuts, strikes, and continues with more and more automation, like more truck drivers on an automated highway. in 20 or 30 years, etc.

There are only memories left !!
Now they are Chinese !!

The TGV line machines should be shown instead of the Belgian suburban lines !!
On the Paris RER they replace the night rails !!
Very big noise at night but nothing visible during the day !!

According to the information that was with the email, from where I extracted the link of the video, it is for a railway line between Pau and Oloron ... (Pyrénées Atlantique)

There is enough work for everyone, the problem is the distribution of wealth
I advise you to read Paul Lafargue it's a bit outdated but so true
And for retirement, it's the same thing what is it for working up to 60 or 62 years old if it is to make useless objects that go almost directly to the trash
I am convinced that unions and politicians are on the wrong track.
We may be at a point where we would have to modify and design another society.

Either it's intoxication (so frequent by email) or the SNCB subtracted in the south west of France (???), even though it exists, in your region; a company in the historic trade, namely TSO?

http://www.tso.fr/

I vote 90% for intoxication ...

ps: here is a TSO tamper at work http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fp8MF1Py48E
