6 Half-Metros that stop 2 out of 4 stations but you get on and off where you want!

6 HALF METROS THAT STOP 2 STATIONS OF 4 BUT YOU GO UP AND DOWN OR WANT.
You take the metro at any station to go to another station.
Imagine that the metro stops only in one station out of 2 and you advance on average 50% faster...
This is the principle of my new invention.
The 6 half-metros that I offer allow you to go from any station to any other station, but each metro stops in only 1 in 2 stations to go 50% faster on average.
My metro with stations ABCDABCDABCDABCDABCD… allows the AC train (N ° 2) to go to all stations A and all stations C.
BC (N ° 5) goes to all stations B and C…
6 half-metros AB, AC, AD, BC, BD, CD allow travelers to go to any station by stopping only once every 1 times.
2 half-metros can stop at the same time in a station.
Energy saving because 2 times fewer stops.
Economy of the number of trains, because they have an average speed 50% faster.

The best would be non-stop. We take it in flight and we jump when we arrive.

It's half of one. Stronger than Dupont, the guy.

I know the word demi and the word metro well,

but half the metro remains unclear, is it simply a metro with 2 times less wagons? This simply amounts to multiplying the number of trains with more modest sizes.

The trains which do not make all the stations, that already exists, but in general we wait for the fast train longer because it is necessary that the slow trains have time to clear in front of it.

Otherwise I see the logic proposed by our friend Patrice. to submit to RATP 8)

The real question is whether he ever took the metro ... at least in Paris.

Hence my answer ... : Cheesy:
But if we push our reasoning further, we take an individual cabin available at a station and then we order it (vocally, for example) to transport us to the station of our choice. The metro like a multiple choice mono gondola, in short.

Hello,
We can imagine it as 2 half-trains instead of a large one, but in this case we also need 2 locomotives and 2 drivers, even if they stop at one of the two stations, we do not see well or is economy.

In addition, the downtime of Parisian metros is very short.
On a 20-minute journey of 6 instead of 12 stops of 10 seconds, we would gain ... 1 minute, the great deal 8)

I'm probably next, so what's the mystery, Patrice du Mans :?: :?:

There's still more annoying !!!

If a half-metro (or a metro, it doesn't matter) follows a metro that stops at a station where it itself does not stop, how does it do it? He jumps over it? Is he pushing him? ...

This is called a logical dead end ... Very difficult to resolve ...

half a train is a train but 2 times shorter, to be able to put 2 trains at the same time in the same station.
There are 6 trains that stop at 2 out of 4 stations: AD, BD, CD, AC, BC, AB.
Train (1) = AD => A________D__A________D__ A________D__A________ D__ ...
Train (2) = AC => A_____C_____A_____VS_____ A_____VS_____A_____VS_____
Train (3) = CD => ______C__D________VS__D_________VS__D________VS__D___
Train (4) = BD => ___B_____D_____B_____D_______B_____D_____B_____D___
Train (5) = BC => ___ B__C ________ B__C _______ B__C ________ B__C ____......
Train (6) = AB => A_B________A__B_______ A__B ________ A__B ________……

Bardal points out “If a half-metro (or a metro, it doesn't matter) follows a metro that stops at a station where it itself does not stop, how does it do it? He jumps over it? Is he pushing him? … ”

Train 2 never exceeds train 1, butcatches up to him once in 1 at station A
Train 3 never exceeds train 2, but catches it once in 1 times at station C
Train 4 never exceeds train 3, but catches it once in 1 times at station D
Train 5 never exceeds train 4, but catches it once in 1 times at station B
Train 6 never exceeds train 5, but catches it once in 1 times at station B

Izentrop points out: “In addition, the downtime for Parisian metros is very short.
On a 20-minute journey of 6 instead of 12 stops of 10 seconds, we would gain ... 1 minute, the good deal ”
but there is also decceleration and acceleration and moreover the train will go faster on 1000 m than on 500 m.
On a 20 min journey by removing the 12 stops, we would save more than 12 x 10 s = 120 s = 2 min, or 18 min journey…
