Practical question: I converted the .doc to .pdf! Remember that not everyone has WORD installed on their PC!

This information should still be checked, because there were bills (remember if they were passed) where we could return to the regulated tariff under certain conditions ...

for 2010 (in my opinion it will be postponed to 2012) it is certain that the regulated tariff will disappear ...
