With the TwinAir, a turbo twin petrol (in poor diet seen the name ??), Would Fiat have released the first model to engine actually downsized?

up to 15% less compared to a conventional gasoline engine and emits only 95g / km of CO2,

With a reducer, maybe a good engine for microlight?

Well the weight / power ratio must be much worse than on a motorcycle engine ... but it has the advantage of the turbo, so the torque at RPM lower ...

Well yes but there are ulm with liquid cooling eh ... then in aviation, at the average speed of movement, the radiator does not need to be as big as in auto ...
