Well, it's simple: manufacturers have NEVER considered CO2 as a polluting emission ...
Normal CO² is not a polluting emission: it enters the natural cycle, but it is the quantity emitted which has indirect perverse effects ... the cocktail of gas which comes out of the exhausts of uncatalyzed cars is much more harmful ...
