Transport and new transport: energy, pollution, engine innovations, concept car, hybrid vehicles, prototypes, pollution control, emission standards, tax. not individual transport modes: transport, organization, carsharing or carpooling. Transport without or with less oil.

They do not seem inconsistent on the first 2 images! In any case they are more so than the minute mentioned in the documentary ...

Even if they take a quarter of an hour to dissipate, it is still much shorter than a "chemtrail" (supposed).

No idea I'm not a specialist in video editing ... what I know is to make one on VHS at the time it was less easy than now!
