Hello, I'm new to this forum who looks very active.
I have been cycling to work since this summer and I enjoy it.
I wanted to tell you a forum dedicated only to the theme of cycling to go to work: the velotaf. : http://www.velotaf.com/
This is a forum less than 1 year old very dynamic and friendly which allows you to learn the essentials to start "velotafer".
It could well complement a forum like this one who is a generalist. Come on, the more we are crazy, the more we ride

come on the site and there will be lots of velotafeurs who will be happy to answer your questions
It would be nice to present econology on your forum in "exchange" also
Otherwise you can register your site in the directory: https://www.econologie.com/annuaire/

And the kWh !!!
I did a calculation recently that can give the scale
the energy consumption of a car;
take a daily home / work / home trip;
by bike, over a year (about 206 days) the amount of energy
provided by the guy is about 54 kWh. By car (average),
for the same trip, the conso of 54 kWh will correspond to
five days of use !!!
Appalling, no?
Besides carrying a single driver
in a car is 5% of the total weight
Cycling the man represents 85% of the
total rolling weight.
It is impressive the amount of scrap that we ride
for nothing !!!

I can present econology on velotaf but I am a little novice on the forum so I think if you came on velotaf to talk about it you'd be better able to showcase it. otherwise I will register the site on the directory, thank you for the link
I am going to create an econology topic in the committed velotaf part and do not hesitate to come to post
