This project is part of an integrated travel management program in Old Quebec aimed at:
* Reduce motorized travel
* Increase travel on foot and by public transport
* Reduce noise pollution and vehicle exhaust
* Improve the quality of life of residents and visitors
It had to be modified to climb a very steep slope in old Quebec.
