Tractor pantonisé followed from A to Z
Hello Pit
When we talk about excess it is rather water.
But we can also aspire to air heating!
For the 180c at the outlet it is common, it happens if you pass little air and little water you just have to look at the color of the copper conduit reactor outlet to see that when it becomes brass color it's pretty hot
You will notice that almost all the photos of the tractors the outlet duct and all discolored, it does not get stuck in the flowers of the carpet, no measurement, no insulation and it works.
It is true that they have engines and something to splash the machine.

Well to see if something is wrong I put a little video on my post. This is the current installation in detail.
My tube was brass color but since I put insulation for my temperature probe it turns brown.
I also wonder if the orifice through which the air at the outlet of the reactor passes is not too small. Guidi at 8mm month is 6mm (I'm not talking about the 4mm water venturi). We see it at the end of the video.
My depression may not be strong enough.

If you are talking about the pipe between the intake manifold and the outlet of the reactor, I use a 14mm tube, the hole in the manifold is 8mm in the gas passage 6mm. It's a question of space. A hole of 20mm threaded to put a fitting of 14 does not pass.
For the installation of a valve I am of your opinion my it creates pressure and heat losses. It can hardly be the reason.
Ps I had one on my mini chopper.

TRACTOR VISIT
good evening everyone
This afternoon I went to see a 110 hp ford tractor without turbo, equipped with a bubbler kit heated by coolant + 3 reactors diameter about 20mm length 200 mm.
The user (prefers anonimat) announces:
300 hours of use
consumption:
- before assembly: 18l / hour
- after assembly: 10l / hour + 0.7 l water
The seller of the kit advised him to put a piece of iron in his stainless bubbler to create rust in the water ???????????
