So here I have not shown great imagination I copied a lot! I still have to isolate the bubbler that does not rise in temparature and make tests I will indicate the results
I expect criticism from you to improve my system
thanks to this forum which helped me a lot to realize my system

Hello

the assembly seems not bad but you use the exhaust gases to supply your bubbler with "air"?

you will have of course a better result if you isolate everything ...

I can see what you use for your constant level of your bubbler?

thanks for avence

Good evening
therefore no I do not use the exhaust gases to supply my bubbler with "air I take the air just above the exhaust
for constant leveling I use an automatic air purge
they use it in plumbing for heating (it is modified for the arrival of small water piercing and tapping to put the pneumatic fitting and not forgotten to make a small hole on the top so that the air can escape) j have struggled with this thing but super efficient its worth about 10 euros

Hello louss43

Beautiful realization, neat (boilermaking among others) 8)
I have a few questions:

Image

The bottom left pipe in the shape of 'U' is the air inlet?

Image

Are all the exhaust gases going into the reactor bypass?

Image

Or does it make 2 concentric pipes that feed on one side the reactor and on the other the normal circuit of the exhaust?

Image

You made a rigid copper mounting between the exhaust which is mounted on ball joint and the engine which is fixed (through the intake hose). When we start or retrograde violently it moves between the two, be careful not to break this copper side reactor.

On my assembly, I have the same intake manifold. It has the defect of having a big point low voluminous and cold ... which fills of fleet of condensation when your settings are unsuitable. To avoid this problem, I plugged myself down to a few inches on the 4 ducts that are bolted to the bolt. More low point, a lot less problems.

For your steam generator that does not heat enough, it's because it must be on some points or generators. It's not really enough to transmit the heat well. You can also braze it on the exhaust.

Good mechanics and welcome to the club.

good evening and thank you for your welcome Flytox
so yes it is the air supply tube U
for the exhaust gas I was afraid to choke a little engine so 70% in the réacterur and remains in the normal circuit (about)
yes indeed I'm a little afraid that my copper pipe is cut because of vibration and shifting I wanted to find flexible stainless steel hose but too impatient
otherwise not stupid to solder the bubbler on the line
and therefore I will prick on the bottom of the intake manifold (even more vibration) I need everything has a flexible assembly
thank you for watching my subject and for your information

I can not wait to see the numbers: the 1,9 clio being a particularly reasonable car, I believe. Good work !

I tried the system with but not very convincing I think he had too much to smother the engine so suddenly I removed it

You're not the only one to be impatient ... it's the same engine as on my R19 it seems to me. :P

Louus43, You can specify the type of the engine of your clio?

For AVEC, I made 2 without really convincing results. Can be a bit softer with the second.
