In addition to that the electric is very nice my batteries ...
With the thermal one is faster, more powerful and more robust on the other hand that pollutes a lot

Not anymore!
I made the conversion of an Ofna "buggy", here it is:
Image

It runs on 44V, a 12-element lipo in series of 2100mAh capable of laying 3000W.
The acceleration is almost endless, it spins at more than 90km / h and rolls a good 15mins before recharging.
A little video here:

Apart from the experimental point of view, I do not believe that the pantone is a notable advantage on this scale.

nice your little model on the other hand for 3kW I am a little doubtful

and even if in theory it is possible (which still hard to achieve) your cables simply melt because more than 50A in 0.5² ca direct background.

I think the measurements you make are in mA and not in A so the power is divided by 1000.

anyway it has potato anyway

but you can't ride with a whole afternoon (except if you have lots of batteries :) )

I have a recorder on board and it is 3000W (75A), the cable is 13Awg (2.63mm2). You would be surprised how much a cable can take ...

Watch my video you will see ... :)

Yes, I have lots of batteries : Cheesy:

Hi HugeOne,

I would not doubt your word, but the Lipos are given for 15 to 20C, so at 2100mA at most you can shoot 42 amps, beyond that you play with fire, as we know the Lipos are fragile on the cons .

I saw the video, but it's still something sick !!

and the engine how it can asked for 75A?

I have never seen a DC motor of 45V and 3kW (well, if the motor is huge but the ...)

I'm still very doubtful about the overall functioning of the car

You can shoot more, if only for a short time (1-2s)
I have thousands of hours of testing and using lipos.
Besides I trade it, here is my site: www.truerc.net/canada

Here are my toys in more detail:
http://www.truerc.net/canada/shopfr/projectsfr.html

The motor is a Neumotors 1912-1Y, capable of 1500W continuous and 3000W for 30s.

Well, I think I have sufficiently diverted the subject of the pantone. If you want to talk more about it I could open a "subject" in a more "electric" section of the forum.
