Hello,

I would like to know what material you used for the tube from the reactor outlet to the engine intake, as seen in the photo below.
Since it looks like plastic, I wondered if it supported the temperature of the steam.

Bonjour à tous

The best specially loaded plastic pipes do not hold more than about 250 ° without crepe or melt. It is a temperature "easily" obtained on the body of the reactor at its outlet. (The pipe boils at the level of the clamp on the outlet of the reactor even if it can resist a moment a few cm further).

In flexible hoses able to hold, you have silicone (up to 350 ° when the pressure remains low). After it seems to me that all the other solutions are metallic.

Hello

The exit goes up very rarely to more than 250c and I still wonder why in certain cases of driving it goes up to this temperature? it is most often between 120 and 150c
a 110km h continuously is stable at 135c

Thank you for these tips : Cheesy:
Where to find this type of silicone tube? I saw in a tuning shop, but it was rather expensive (about 25 € / m).

Thank you @ +

Hello Patrick,
I just published a post on a montage PMC on gasoline engine whose management is very close to your Corsa. I will be very flattered if you had a few minutes to devote to my editing : Cheesy:
It is here:
