What is this tube going through the exhaust? I knew we had to pass the mixture coming out of the bubbler in it so that it was overheated but I see the images of Christophe with a tube which, it seems, that it ends in a dead end. There I don't understand at all how it works

It's not a dead end, the pipe is split in two inside, and the steam goes to the bottom of the system and comes back on the other side. It's only very compact and with only one "big" hole on the exhaust for mounting.

Hello everyone, I hope you are doing well since the last time ... For my part it's okay, after 3 and a half months in cookie training and 2kg gained, I will finally have a little time so I start again on the pantone.
Small change, I would like to do it on our recently purchased car which makes me sick by consuming 6,3L / 100km at least for a 1,9TD.
Having never driven with a car with a turbo, I drove too cool and shifted gears too quickly, during the first full I consumed 14L / 100km there I was sick.
I finally met the person who pantonized his tractor and his car, he achieves a saving of 2L / 100km but he, his bubbler is not heated by a deviation of the exhaust gases, but well by a deviation of his cooling circuit (Coil in the bubbler placed in series with the radiator).
But that's it for me, it calls everything into question because when using an exhaust gas deflection I am convinced that the economy is achieved, among other things, by recovering the unburned hydrocarbons and reinjecting them by mixing the bubbler.
So I don't know which technique to use, heating by deflection of the cooling circuit or by exhaust gas. I think that by the gases is effective faster, given the high temperature coming out of the engine, while by the cooling system, it is necessary to wait for the traditional 3km so that the whole reaches the nineteen degrees…

The unburnts no longer look much like the original (fuel) because they have heated up, reacts chemically in various ways ..... and come in the form of soot-like compounds. Mixed with the bubbler water, they will rather settle, or bother you rather than really improve the combustion in a substantial way.
The 2 solutions work, indeed the heating by the exhaust is faster, but by the LDR it is more stable ...
Or you can mix the 2 solutions .... speed and stability at the cost of the complication.

Anyway even that the bubbler water would be hot it also takes 3 km for the reactor to be hot
the option of heating with LDR is a stable solution, without worry of fouling and valid.
the exhaust heating option is tricky to tune up and often we are in excess heat.
the option of entering exhaust gases into the reactor is a source of fouling problem.
The economy over short distances with frequent cold starting with water doping is rather weak.
but you have pleasure in accellerations and more torque on the big reports
