Pantone or SPAD feedback form

by Christophe » 11/08/06, 14:02

Here are 2 forms (general 1 and detailed 1) that will facilitate the feedback of your pantone. (It was dragging on my hard drive since 2 years ....: Shock: )

Please note that these forms are not functional, in other words there is no automatic data recovery by pressing the "validate" key.

Hello

I scanned all the pages of the Pantone form with information about my editing. My scanner went to war I struggled seriously
: Shock: : Mrgreen:
I think it's a very good idea this form.
It allows to compare at a glance the different editing and avoids novices to ask too many questions.

Form P1
Form P2
Form P3
Form P4
Form P5
Form P6
Form P7

christophe is the misery to answer your form! : Evil:

once one validates everything clears with an 404 error message.
