Which section are you talking about? You can not make a diagram please? : Mrgreen:

By changing to 76 mm, this allows you to recover the original passage section of the exhaust I suppose. It should not be larger than the origin in passage section, it drops the temperature for the reactor and in any case will not improve the agreement of the pot. :P

From what I could see on the net, for the Lamda probe, those who tamper with its information are most often more motivated by the search for power by "decalyzing" (or the economy of replacing the catalyst) rather than by seeking less pollution. André, you who use this lambda information, what do you do with it?

Simple and effective and in stainless steel! 8)

Have you welded the 2 ends (threaded rods) of the rod into the inlet and outlet elbows? There can be a big difference in temperature and therefore in expansion, between the reactor shell and the rod, possibly this can cause a lot of effort and cause a weld to crack. In my case, I only welded one end of the casing and the (removable) rod can move with a "soft" joint.

If you use non-demineralized water, (it's more effective according to some testers), limestone and other minerals end up clinging in the reactor and half-clogging it :frown: . It should therefore be possible to clean it in one way or another (removable rod, acid passage possible etc ...) after X km or month of use.
A+

I have quoted weld 2 because of the old mount the rod had to take the game and put a vibrate making a noise casserol.si ca ca casse risk what? to clean it if I put the AC acid should do :| ?

You do not risk much, noise or a small leak at most : Mrgreen:
For acid, stainless steel is good but the scrap surrounding the pot is not great. Above all, for the acid to go clean everywhere, it is necessary to handle the end of pipe, if it is 2 or 3 m long it is much less convenient ... : Mrgreen:
