A new system of insulation bonuses in Wallonia: apparently certain voices have been heard in high places:

I read the article and the comments of Internet users

It does not seem bad at first, but like with us French, it roars! so good, not good?

personally, for my work that I carried out alone, I never benefited from these advantages, and for good reason - no entrepreneurs!
wait for the reaction from our northern neighbors

Normal! Although, I believe with us there is (is) a subsidy on materials for DIYers, much less of course: typing a few tens of m² in the attic is within the reach of many.

Normal, I said: the premiums are roughly equivalent to the VAT and taxes paid by the company on its profits and taxes on workers' wages. A tax-free transaction that creates values.

Logical continuation of the "reduction" in aid for solar PV ?

This is a good thing.

The article does not contain much in figures except the tax thresholds so read especially the 2 attachments:

a) the summary table:

ou https://www.econologie.info/share/partag ... wbzWvn.pdf

b) the presentation of the RW:

Well sorry to tell you, but Belgium (finally the Walonne Region) also subsidizes the self-pose. I took advantage of it (modestly) in 2008 see the subject Wadding: https://www.econologie.com/forums/isoler-des ... t4708.html

The autopose premium is simply lower than if it is carried out by a pro ... which is logical because even with the difference in VAT the pose by a pro is more expensive (if one does not count his own time obviously. .).

Everything is here: http://energie.wallonie.be/fr/aides-pri ... l?IDC=6358
