A new administration is rolling out (testing) a Gillier Pantone kit.
This is the ecopra kit which you can see a video here:

Re: Kit Gillier Pantone at the town hall of Conflans-Sainte-Honor
Hello
Welcome to water doping
Use only in town, if it is 6 km long with stops of 30 minutes it will have to work seriously to modify the original system to get a yield of 20%
(Not the reactor but the bubbler)
Learn when to send it water, and how to dose it.
First things to do, measure consumption in city use with precision, measure long-distance consumption with precision, install the system then repeat comparative measurements.
Do not compare road consumption with city consumption for short journeys.
Second thing to have a system of control on the water consumption, to have a reliable measurement of the instantaneous consumption
and have a patient driver willing to do the tests.
When we arrive to have the same consumption in town as on the road at 100kmh it is already good, when it is repetitive every time is that we know why it is even better ..
third thing the consumption of water is not only related to the consumption of diesel, nor to the reactor temperature (a certain threshold is necessary)
there is a relationship with the amount of air swallowed by the engine.
Do not forget to measure the quantity of water consumed, to record the values if you want to improve the system in city driving
On the open road it's relatively easy

André you are right about the bubbler in town but there is no bubbler on the ecopra kit, it is an "instant" steam generator (as in Vitry) see photos and principle here:
