christophe hello
a nuance however, all foods rich in antioxidants have anticancer virtues, but only raw cooking being oxidizing. So fish are exceptionally eaten raw in the West. Same thing for the omega undergoing a thermocracking, which is carcinogenic.

I advise Sage, very powerful to counter colds, bronchitis, I could see that the illness time is very shortened with two sage teas per day! It is also effective for the throat! In addition, taken at the very beginning of the disease, it is able to prevent getting really sick, like fever, more can do nothing.

Our friends plants, but sometimes our enemies (plants with diverted uses: tobacco, alcohol, cocaine and others or toxic without transformations) are the curing agents of our food losses and without which human suffering, already important, would be worse.
