Um, had the fish survived the almost total freeze? Or wasn't there at the time?

They are Shunbukins, very resistant, they all survived, there must have been 100 liters left.
They don't eat for 3 months in winter, with the temperature rising I feed them once a week.
I have to have only males (or females) no offspring, I think my pelvis is too small...

I have a mole who has been playing with my nerves for a year, at the moment she is seriously flirting with the pelvis, I don't think he fears anything but hey.
I talked to the cat about it, he doesn't care... : Mrgreen:

All right ! It was lucky that there was 100L of liquid left in it...if you hadn't intervened in my opinion they were cooked...

Question: why did you make a pool above ground and not dig it? Above ground it is more sensitive to frost...
Your pool is beautiful but it is less natural than if it were in the ground.

ps: not sure you only have one mole...my cats brought them back from time to time, small ones most of the time but they never ate them...it must be disgusting...so it's was really just for playing!

Otherwise, to motivate him, stop feeding your cat, you will see that he will be more of a hunter! : Lol: : Lol: : Lol:

I wasn't sure of the location, and I have a small 700m² plot of land, not very wide.

I changed mowers, before I had a robot mower with a peripheral wire = no mole.
I changed last year to another cordless robotic mower and now I have moles...
I tried everything, firecrackers, basic traps, turpentine, repellent product, repellent wave emitters, non-return tube, vinegar, elderberry stick, granules with sand...
Failure, I like the difficulty that's good, I'm waiting for my last toy this afternoon... I'll tell you!!! : Mrgreen:

My friend, put back a loop of powered wire even without use.
If not effective, simulate the forward signal from the robotic corded mower.
Or increase the alternating voltage?
Stink balls in the galleries? : Lol:

I saw the odorous repellents: dog hair (from the neighbor), 2 cloves of garlic, lavandin oil...

Hello,

Choosing the best solution depends on your needs and preferences. To waterproof your
Bowl.
The solutions are the same for an above-ground pool as for an in-ground pool or pond.

Choosing the best solution depends on your needs, budget and preferences. If
necessary, consult a professional for advice tailored to your situation. And congratulations
for the success of your ecosystem! This is a positive sign of its health and proper functioning.

Application of a layer of compacted clay to the bottom and walls of the pool. The clay must be
thick enough to be waterproof (approximately 30 cm). Although this approach offers a solution
natural, it requires complex implementation and presents a risk of cracks in the absence of a
proper maintenance.

Applying a layer of bentonite in powder form mixed with water to create a paste
offers ease of use, flexibility and resistance to UV and weather. However, she
involves a higher cost than clay and less durability in the absence of protection.

Attaching geomembrane to pool walls using appropriate fixings. A method that
involves the use of a waterproof and UV resistant synthetic material. An easy solution to
install, great durability and impermeability. Less ecological, higher cost,
variable compatibility with soil types

Aquatic plants :
Planting certain deep-rooted aquatic plants to create a dense, waterproof layer.
Plants contribute to the waterproofing of the pond and the creation of a healthy environment for the
fish.: A natural, aesthetic solution that promotes biodiversity. But less effective
warranty, need for regular maintenance.
