I invite you to explore Jean Louis Naudin's new publication (21 / 09 / 2012), which designed and tested the Vialle generator.
A fairly simple thing and that is not far from making me think of the generator of Tariel Kapanadze.

Naudin is more consistent with solid knowledge, but he never seriously pushes credible measures of power, so it's not credible.
It makes a bizarre resonant HF transformer with electrostatic and magnetic couplings, and with 12V 5W of HF there is enough energy to light a small lamp (unknown nature, neon ??? then 6V O, 1A is 0,6W !!! !).
With a single powerful MOSFET you can make a basic HF auto oscillator to spontaneously feed the resonance (childish), but nothing more !!

Naudin never makes credible serious measures of energy !!
Naudin has fun to increase the audience of his site!

Having already verified and highlighted basic errors of measurement on this kind of experiments, it is very little credible.

In a simple way, if I had a simple energy, very real, I would start by heating me with, for free !!
