Well I will still "bother" with perpetual motion apparently.
Apparently it turns and it is in the Paris region. Would there be someone to Paris who could go see.

This one exists "and yet it turns" You just have to go and see and pump.

You have your answer
I think that Maloche is very close to this wheel ... It's been years that I want to send it as an emissary!

I have already been to see this wheel ...
unfortunately she did not shoot !!
would there have been a miracle in the laws of physics
to turn it on?
this gentleman is very friendly
but at times it becomes pathetic

with this wheel it's very easy to create an imbalance
so the illusion of perpetual motion !!
if you want a real perpetual movement !!
there are plenty of examples on the internet ...
here is one among so many others:
Bedini motor from my earth energy receiver:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rauOlhNK0iY
This is utilizing Jonny Davro's modifications and Lidmotor's transform coil with no core.
This, to me, is true, and it is not plugged into the wall and it is not running from a battery, it is powering itself. It will run as long as you want it, and it will also load 9 volt battery at the same time as seen in this video. It also lights the wind in which 90-120 volts to do.
This is small scale, of course, and you can not run a house from it but it proves the concept. As far as I know, I am the first person in the world to do this experiment successfully. Electricme was the first person I know of a regular electric motor from an EER. (RC helicopter tail rotor motor)
Bill
this one is real there are more than 10 or 20 people
who make recordings and publish their results !!!

Hello Raymon
No, Costa's wheel (which had fascinated me a few years ago, maybe the subject still exists on Econology) is unfortunately not a perpetual movement. To start it, you have to create an imbalance at the beginning, and then it slows down little by little. According to the inventor himself, a perpetual movement would be possible only with a wheel twice as big ...

for that he is based on his own calculations ...
on the theory he himself invented ...
which is not validated at all and more fanciful ...
finally for all this is triple pipo
