The machine that turns plastic into fuel passes the second

Innovations, ideas or patents for sustainable development. Decrease in energy consumption, reduction of pollution, improvement of yields or processes ... Myths or reality about inventions of the past or the future: the inventions of Tesla, Newman, Perendev, Galey, Bearden, cold fusion ...

in France also we try a little pyrolysis of plastic

it works more or less well. We obtain gas and a heterogeneous liquid that must be refined. That's the problem.

there's also another concern, but you have to deal with it, there's chlorine in the PVC, those are a problem.

Some plastics (poly-things) lend themselves well to pyrolysis because by breaking these polymers, only alkanes of variable length are recovered. The gases are a mixture of short-chain, combustible alkanes.

Chlorine-free light plastics such as pet or hdpe…do not pollute more than a paraffin candle…and perhaps even less on the particles than wood…do the test…a beautiful blue flame! : Cheesy:

So rather than finding them in nature, just burn them in your stove, right? : Mrgreen: : Mrgreen: : Mrgreen:

Yes (?) or doing it differently is also a possibility that Africans certainly do not have but that we would have if we wanted to take the trouble, we who produce it, throw it away en masse and recycle little of it.
