This device showing 2 rotating magnets implies that the magnet which is not driven by a motor, ACCELERATED to overcome mechanical resistance.
According to LRH, "this acceleration supposes that the fall of two poles towards each other is not compensated by the attraction between the two other poles which move away"
This lack of braking is demonstrated mathematically (see his work).
I find it hard to believe, however, that it is easy to reproduce this natural phenomenon, for "energy" use.

If you understand, it is easy to make a diagram:
when the poles of the magnets align (maximum attraction), the inertial force greater than the attraction force causes them to exceed this position, these two poles now degrade (move away simultaneously = removal of magnetic braking, attraction fall due to the square of the distance).
At the same time, the other two poles which are opposite and at the furthest away from each other will start to get closer, and the attraction between them will increase due to the square of the distance (i.e. for 2 times less distance between them for example, there is 4 times more attraction) ...
-> acceleration

As we see on the video, if we try to stop the 2nd magnet, it does not want and re-accelerates (we only press lightly to stop it of course).
One problem for making energy devices is that there must be VERY precise distances between the magnets, depending on many things.
At the level of the planets, of course, everything is done by itself, naturally. There is not someone who says "you will go here and you there, and now ... turn carousel!"
To reproduce, that implies somewhere, a "forcing".
There is no forcing in space.
It is therefore difficult to reproduce, and in my opinion that is why there has not been too much achievement since this discovery 50 years ago!
