Free electricity generation

Hello,

Having had electricity removed from my cellar for reasons of standards by the OPAC, I will try to make free electricity as follows:
- A generator with permanent magnets
- An 12v bulbs (yes, otherwise I'm in the dark in this cellar

)
- A plug of 220 / 230 V via a voltage converter. (my tools need it : Cheesy:

)

I describe my achievements with photos as and when for those it may interest.

Here and if in passing some have advice or feedback, they are welcome!

No, I may have misrepresented myself. I have in mind a permanent rotation by magnets using an alternator 12v. I do not know if I could, but I want to try.

Anyway I want to put as little money as possible because I can not afford. There I just bought small neodymium magnets and I intend to try not to make too much other expenses, so that if it does not work, it would not be very serious.
