Bof, the circuit to make pulses to Meyer is not very clever.
It is a chopper controlled by 555 with a frequency divider: nothing rocket science. It will probably bubble, but as much as they say, I doubt it.
The secret, if there is one, would rather lie in the sizing of the plates and the self.
140 dollars for that is a bit expensive. But the circuit has the merit of being made.

At the bottom of the link
"Stansdream.com.ru"
next to the American flag
and the link that gives it
"Free Shipping"
it's like ebay with DHL, big hidden shipping costs, customs, payment (paypal) on a caribbean account.
The share of the seller, the guy who laid the site, the little smart guy who found a plan on the internet, the poor guy who will prepare the package and then the bubble envelope with the stamp. I forget the banker
If it's the same: nice commission
Soldering iron, tin and flux as a gift would do more serious.
I HANG MORE ABOVE:
A map showing where to place components is included: USD $ 40 (Free Shipping)
It's expensive for an email

well done plasmanu!
I correct my post yesterday: the 4 largest circuits, it's a bit the opposite of Meyer's plans.
In fact, here we work with a high fundamental frequency (that of the HT) and we divide it to make the ON / OFF on the side of 400-800 Hz.
In Meyer, there are 3 potentiometers
- F1
- F2
- F1 ON / OFF proportion
here we start from the postulate of a fixed proportion F1 / F2, which is contradictory with the necessary adequacy of the self with the capacity of the electrolyser.
And they claim it works with any type of cell.
It might make bubbles, but certainly not in "Meyer" proportions.
In short, a scam!

Stan Meyer Kits
I wanted to give my two cents - I ordered the 8xa kit from the site above and it works according to. The number of dials may be different, as it is not Stan Meyer's dunebuggy circuit, but a demonstration cell for the patent office. I don't really care what it is - the fact is, it generates a lot of HHO gas!

Until you put a video on Youtube that clearly shows your intensity / quantity of gas produced ratio, we will not believe you!
Meyer, it's not 50 liters an hour: it's 1000 X more and it's not the generator that will make the difference, it's the tubes!
We wait
