I looked your pdf, and actually, it's pretty clear to air, but ... I've always had trouble with the Russian.
Then, after looking long and wide naudin the site, according to these measures, the mounting unit is not on, but almost.
I know somebody who is very interested, but has only occasionally the net, I would see him again soon, and we'll talk to her. He is a passionate of these energies, it know long. If you go in Alsace one day, it would be a perfect time for you.

If at least we know what we are dealing. 98% is the performance of some very good resonant inverter and PSU's of satellites went overpriced. That said, as said Deledeco: so he will not put his hardware store in a calorimeter (including 1er transformer and the spark gap).

There are important differences between 2 experimentation Naudin and celleFabrice Andre and Kapanadze is:
-The Earth better in a lake for Gabrice André and a car radiator to k while naudin in his video has poor soil.
-Farbrice Uses ferrite torres while naudin not put in its supply list
Is the cause of his failure?
There are other experimenters on the net who "seem" to succeed in the experiment example:

Unfortunately I am very bad in electronic

Yeah, I demonstrated further on this issue, supporting photographs that simply show lamps that lutely on a phot or video is absolutely not convincing, compared to the camera's exposure meter that leave abuse. If it worked, the gentleman of refuge has already informed all his shack with.
It remains a last hope: the decline Vialle generator Kapanadze, ie putting the copper tube on good ground. Warning: the working frequency will certainly change.
