Vector imbalance motor

I came across a Forum which speaks of a Motor with vector imbalance.
The company that is supposed to working on this product is ISOLUM
the address of the registered office is 14 Chauvelot Street in Malakoff in 92 (near Paris)
however I was unable to locate this address.
dice Monday I tried to learn more.
the name also appears Aixogen Motors but seems to be a trademark, impossible to find traces nowhere.
I'll let you know if I can get some thing.

On reading the PDF that chronicles the experimental device, I think that the authors would have done well under study mathematics and a little simple logic.
This would avoid their state of erroneous assumptions, eg. qualifying energy gravity while it is a force ... (I do not know if it is the proper words, rectify physicists).
