A fairly old scientific article outside of scientific ideas and which addresses strong discharges in water in this publication published in a serious journal on plasmas:

http://www.scribd.com/doc/15115795/Gran ... Explosions

Strange to redo. ????

http://www.angelfire.com/scifi2/zpt/graneau.html

And it's not over :
the son continues to believe in the father's quirks:

http://www.worldsci.org/php/index.php?t ... lay&id=117
the son :
http://www.worldsci.org/php/index.php?t ... lay&id=288

Current science does not confirm this, but is good to redo and measure.

Because ball lightning exists and is a mystery to be solved.

The Russian multiplaz patent
patent n ° 0919317A1

But I can't think of a better one.

A patent to read especially on the previous patents which explains that the multiplaz is not far from a scam !!
It gives a detailed analysis of the other plasma systems, and patents and the US number of the multiplaz patent N 6087616 N

See n ° 014 and [015] and after
http://www.google.com/patents?id=MTrUAA ... 17&f=false

But it is not obvious.

The multiplaz patent:

http://www.google.com/patents?id=XfMDAA ... CDYQ6AEwAA

and it seems that over time they have taken various patents since the 80s.

Oh yes
It looks like it.
And that refers to the Russian patent of 1993

Ah, plasmas!
What complexity!
But there is nothing to be surprised because their physique is very close to that which existed before the big bang!
That is to say, touching the quantum domain almost!
No wonder we don't understand anything, it's pure chaos!
You might as well tame a demon from the inter-universe!

What is complex is the cooling of the plasma, otherwise everything is decomposed and simple, at very high T, but everything is reformed on cooling, like gas and liquid water for an arc and our universe in the big bang, drawn lots !!

: Mrgreen:
Who speaks of heat : Mrgreen:
Ha si: the unit of measurement ...

And a neon: it's not a cold heat plasma.
Must be very dangerous.
