Funny! No risk of puncture or deflation, over spare wheel ...
And just changing the tread when worn?

Very aesthetic anyway!
Looks like bicycle wheels :D
There is no economy of material, quite the contrary ...
However, as there are no punctures, it avoids carry around a spare wheel
=> Space saving / weight / comfort

Hello,

I had read an article about it long ago.
it looks to have progress.

But I'm not sure that the resistance of traditional tire sidewall is the appointment (?)

Otherwise, it's aesthetic; it gives an air side to the car.

It is possible that it is lighter. Perhaps a solution to the famous motor-wheel?

In any case, the name will have to be changed, because "pneumatic" is no longer suitable. : Lol:

it's very nice but I ask to see the result

the great quality of the real tire is the low loss of energy: all attempts to replace the elasticity of the air with elastic materials have been poor

when I see this picture I do not believe for one second

there may be spring-like solution, but not in the form of anything

Even if we need to spare, I'm not certain that gaining weight.
There is additional material to give the structure of the "tire".
In addition, most of the spare wheels more like wheels mob than anything else (even the Bavarian sedans or Ingolstadt).
