Magnetization of the stem?

by MethodTack » 16/03/08, 20:48

I was wondering if it would be good to electro-magnetize the rod? at school I have the right to all the machines to build parts and I wondered that (I will build 3-4 prototypes and improve the best with other proto, and ect ..)

if too, you had the metrics for the best system you have.

I thought I would build a rod of 80, 100 and 120mm under 19mm with spacing of 1.5mm from the tube.
I was also wondering what was the maximum spacing between the inner tube and the outer tube? I would install a venturi there. Compared to the tap, would I really need to install one on the line from the bulldozer to the engine?

it is for a VW 1.9TD.

I know it's all-baked, but I want a base instead of starting from scratch! I read and I read but I don't know which measure to choose !! thank you in advance, sincerely.

Hello
I thought I would build a rod of 80, 100 and 120mm under 19mm with spacing of 1.5mm from the tube.

As you live in Quebec, the standard 1/2 inch stainless steel rod is 12,7 mm
minimum length 5 inches you can go up to 8 inches
the reactor tube is a 1/2 inch stainless steel pipe thread at each end. Depending on the thickness of the wall, this should give a clearance of 1mm all around.

Panton is not breaking the candy with the measures
Rod diameter 1/2 inch length 1 feet reactor 1/2 pipe
After that we do not come to talk about agreement and ultra precise measures?

On a WV near the turbo there is a U-bend, you drill two holes and you weld your reactor tube, the rest is tinker.
If this place does not suit you look in the descent exhaust how you can accommodate the reactor tube
See the plans on wiki

Above all, take care not of the magnetism of the rod, seek the maximum of heat.
the reactor remains to know if you make a GV?
As for the reactor and the entry into the air filter this will not change once done.

hello, the GV is a steam generator it replaces the bubbler,
look at the messages of Camel1 its inventor.
