Hello,
I would have liked to know if the Pantone reactor and Stanley Meyer's electrolysis patents were filed in Europe, and more particularly in France (it is especially for Meyer's electrolysis that I'm interested). Do you also know what is the price of such a patent (in order of magnitude, rather 10, 000 or 50 Euros)? : unsure:

I believe that for Meyer, the validity is exceeded, it is in the public domain, but checks the same.
