In my humble opinion, it would be better to increase the cylinder capacity rather than putting in a turbo.
Especially in competition, at full speed, the (extreme) difference in fuel consumption goes to the advantage of the naturally aspirated engine with water injection (possibly acid-base) via an HHO generator:
And engine cooling because the intake is under vacuum.

Look carefully at the blocked HHO hose along the one that goes to the intake, the water reserve then seems to be in a vessel communicating with the dry-cell so that the aerosols do not dilute in the water as in a classic HHO assembly... the aerosols then pass through the filter containing pure vinegar pH adjuster before going to the intake possibly without an air filter. The sodium (or potassium) metalloid at high speed is then subjected to the Earth's magnetic field... Possible start of MHD reaction...
