But how do I do it, I add a balloon or only the one from the boiler is enough?

Prudence dictates that yes...for a few tens of euros...

Moreover if one of the 2 is faulty (completely deflated it has already happened to me)… it is always better to have a 2nd one…

The 8L balloon is sized for an apartment I presume.
