Vaillant boiler problem ZEOtherm

Installed in Sept 2014, after some setbacks related to an installation not in the rules, problem on primary circuit and zeolite circuit in Dec 2015.
Correction of the problem on 18-01-2016 by the installer after-sales service following instructions from the "competent Vaillant" technical company, since it is in "Limited Function" mode, understand that the heat pump / ZEOlithe system does NOT switch ON PLUS / NOT.
It's been 2 months that I have been struggling to have this problem solved by the installer after-sales service (who completely relies on Vaillant because "not knowing the machine", and the said Vaillant technical manager who communicates very little or even BAD with the installer and the customer ....
Has anyone had similar "setbacks" on a ZEOtherm? (I think it was my first and last Vaillant boiler)
