Hey, I found my bmag account
No new idea on how to "reset" my card?
There's more serious in the world right now, indeed!
In addition, shortage (organized?) of pellets. I had planned on battery power in the event of a power outage, but without pellets, what use will that be?
Pellet stove construction
Re: Pellet stove construction
Do you have the hand or not to update the firmware or not?
An update could delete the password...
For a long time on printers, for example, we had in admin login, and mdp, admin ...

Read what I said from the beginning, I don't have the hand, and it's not the foot
ps: I found my account but lost the notifications
Ah yes on the address indicated yesterday which had made me lose my account.

LOL ... the “control society” wide debate. For who? Why? How? When?bmag wrote:ps: I found my account but lost the notifications

Re: Pellet stove construction
What are the T° requested and what are the T° measured by the card?
And what is the T° of the fumes?
And what is the T° of the fumes?

Re: Pellet stove construction
I have moved on since. My problem switching to "module" position was due to a summer/winter parameter in summer position which forced this mode????
So now my stove is working. It remains to finalize the clean window system by injecting heated air on the top of the window without disturbing the operation of the burner that I took a "some time" to develop.

Re: Pellet stove construction
yes, if summer mode and no DHW tank sensor is connected, there is no demand and therefore it switches to modulation or standby.
What is special about your burner?

Re: Pellet stove construction
There was indeed a probe and a setpoint above the value of the probe...
My burner is nothing special. It was just necessary to size the holes at the bottom and those above to have a good combustion without smoke at idle and at max. The fact remains that when passing max min, the smoke fan slows down before the combustion of the pellets remaining from the previous mode, which causes the glass to darken...

Re: Pellet stove construction
Then there is still the maximum boiler T° setpoint that would be reached.
Each stove manufacturer customizes the program, some lower the extractor speed gradually. Otherwise, the air from the clean glass system acts as secondary or tertiary air if the holes in the top of the burner are considered to be for secondary air.
At low speed, the air from the glass has a tendency to reduce the T° of the hearth and therefore to reduce the efficiency. But dirty glass also blocks some of the heat emitted. It is a compromise to be found. In maximum power, it also protects the glass, which only holds about 800°
At MCZ, in power 1 this represents approximately 20L/min, a 1-2mm slot along the top of the window, then a sheet to guide the flow on the window.
On newer room air independent stoves there is a circuit that takes some air from the combustion air intake and preheats it before directing it to the glass.
