a peltier module: you can find it for a few tens of dollars on ebay. it is necessary to take a model of at least 200W because in its use seebek (heat towards electricity,) the output is very weak.
it is also necessary to choose an electric motor of very low power and not to hope to assemble a large ventilator above.
