Install Poujoulat wood stove yourself

Hello everyone,
I would like to install a wood-fired stove in my house, but in front of the few professionals offering this type of installation and the quotes at a prohibitive price, I think to go it alone.

single storey, plasterboard ceiling at 2m50, roof slope of 30%, "traditional" wooden roof.
