Destratification, high roof with wood stove

Hello,

I am renovating an apartment under the roof, and I have a ceiling height of 4.5m above the kitchen. I have a volume of about 10m3 above 2.4m. I know that by heating the heat will necessarily rise in this volume before heating the rest of the room.
Do you think that it would be interesting to delaminate this volume to homogenize the heat in winter?

In my idea, I thought to suck the hot air under the ridge 4.5m high to bring it back to the ground thanks to a casing and an extractor.

My apartment is located in a mountainous region (cold in winter / hot in summer).
The building dates from the 80s, roof insulation, about 20/25 cm of glass wool, no airtightness.
I will re-insulate from below with 2cm of stirodur with a wind to improve the insulation a little.


What do you think ? Does delamination seem interesting? Sucking air at 4.5 m in a tube 80 or 100mm in diameter to bring it back to the ground will allow sufficient mixing of the volume of air?

Hello. A friend put on two very quiet 140mm (computer) fans, turning relatively slowly to move the air in a converted barn, it works fine.

Not sure that the PC fans manage to lower 4m of air with a correct flow rate ... otherwise the other solution is to break the rise of hot air 'for example with transparent Plexiglas plates ... but I don't know if you want to do that ...

Why not a ceiling fan, it's quiet and reversible.

My parents are in the same situation.
Ceiling under roof at about 5 / 6m.
And the ceiling fan works wonders as soon as you turn on the insert. In minimum speed setting otherwise it stirs too much air, suddenly there is no noise or vibrations
