Ferolli Sun P7 burner on my fuel boiler

by Patoudu63 » 01/12/13, 20:17

Hello everybody
I adapted a pellet burner on my fuel boiler, it works very well, but I realize that I consume a lot of pellets, about 2 bags / jour.ma boiler turns very often.
I think I have too much draft at my chimney, I would like to add a draft regulator but I don't really know where it is installed, knowing that my chimney is sheathed.
Should it be installed on the outlet tee ??
If yes I can't find a model that mounts on the tee.
If someone has documentation, photos it would be nice.
I am quite a handyman, maybe I can do it myself.
Anyway if you can help me, any ideas are welcome.
Thanking you.
cordially
PAT.

Hello,

you find that you consume bcp?
do you know how many liters of fuel you use before switching to the fuel on an identical day?
did you have an hourly record of your boiler.
I also made an assembly identical to yours, I consume a little less than 2 bag per day.
but I know that at the same time my boiler consumes about 13l of fuel oil or 26kg of pellets in energy equivalent.
therefore the consumption is correct.

in terms of the moderator it may be a good idea.
I bought it on bricozor.
I'll send you a link as soon as I can.

you are happy with your transformation.

the simplest disconnection is a 230V permanent burner (which goes through the standard oil jack), and a dry contact to request the start of the burner.
