For my part, I can tell you that electro-osmosis is a good solution .. in case of capillary rise .. In this case, what must be validated is what is the origin of the disorder? Is it runoff or not? the runoff can be controlled by effective drainage .. and improve a little bit the descent of water at the wall, but will NEVER solve the problem of capillary rise, if they were pre-existing ..
For information, there are today solutions to treat wireless or network .. which are very effective ..
Also know that in terms of safety and energy savings, (what we rarely talk about on this subject)., It is well worth the investment to invest .. besides that, failing to create a surplus value, there will be no less value on the house in case of resale ..
Electro osmosis against capillaries?
