Pair of wood wool and glass wool

I would like to perform roughly the same type of insulation to improve the existing one which is not folichone ...

For the moment I have 10cm of glass wool under the roof which is weak.
Having already small rooms and not wanting to redo the interior work, I thought that adding 40mm wood wool panels above the glass wool could be effective especially for the summer.

The process will therefore consist of decurling, and placing the wooden panels on top of the glass wool.

Is the solution viable and effective?
