Saunier duval thema c24e error f14

Hello
My boiler Saunier duval thema c24e goes into error f14 at startup directly without turning on the burner.
the heating and domestic water circuit is cold. therefore, it is not a problem of high temperature as the error code might suggest.
Does somebody have an idea ? thank you in advance
