How to enslave circulator with the boiler and thermostat

A small question why the circulator is powered on a circuit breaker and not by an 220v plug. Why ?

it is a classic electrician rule on a machine, as one does not put electric plug in place of each fuse, easier to cut.

I do not have any, I just the thermostat mounted in a box in the boiler (son not bare).

I'm happy this winter my heating engineer enslaved the circulator directly on the boiler everything was planned at the base. he paid me nothing for the servitude of the circulator during the annual maintenance.

It's nice to know that the circulator did not run 24h / 24.
