drop it: there are many membranes that let oxygen pass a little better than nitrogen, but you have to pump and it costs energy: for heating benefit = loss

to make oxygen enriched air for a person with respiratory insufficiency it works very well, but all it takes is a very low flow rate, and a very expensive machine ...

For wood heating, it may be less clean than you think you see on the address below

http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bois_énergie

on the other hand, we could install on the chimneys, when possible gas washers comparable to those installed in the industry I am studying a proto (?)
nb: I tried to send the diagram, but it is too large

I have to work it and I will forward it

We had a long discussion on this:

It is the reason for pellets to solve this problem, and recent equipment tests show that it has paid off.

By cons remains to wait for the update of the installed base, which will be facilitated when prices are democratized. But it goes in the right direction: https://www.econologie.com/forums/democratis ... t9233.html

Gladly, thank you in advance, that interests me, I also look to condense, filter and recover the heat.

to recover the heat, I installed a removable coil in the fireplace which I use to freeze my solar water heater which is under the roof and is used to preheat the fresh air blown into the apartment
the system is composed of copper tube d 14 mm long 5 m put as close as possible to the heating pipe 'I get in winter 15 to 20 °

Okay, well understood. For my part, I would first condense and filter the smoke, before passing it through a double flow style exchanger.

diagram of chimney gas washer - principle to find here

Image

be careful to evaluate: the fan must maintain the depression of the duct without increasing it too much so as not to suck too much gas
put a shutter after the fan for adjustment
