In general for a heated floor, the water temperature is 50-40 ° C and not 60 ... to see ...

And a heated floor provides approximately between 70 and 100 W / m².
Calculation of the underfloor heating power = surface area * transmission coefficient * (ambient T ° - emitting surface T °) (ex: P = 40 m² * 11 W / m²K for cement * 9 K = 3960 W)
I have doubts about the power needed ...
