On some vacuum cleaners, the electronic card starts the motor smoothly, but a group of fridges starts charging, I had done the test with a 1000 W converter, it had worked on a small fridge.
Did you take the opportunity to measure the probe which must measure within 5 kohm?

Re,
Yes, the probe is 17,7 ohms! far from the 5
I had also thought of starting as you tell me but not found a diagram, I imagined a progressive 12V start with a diac supplying a triac ... but will the compressor support starting on load, gradually, There is the question

To check, but this probe would be compatible with your model (4.7 kohm) https://www.storeman.fr/25826-sonde-de- ... ation.html Normally measured at 20 °bleusideral wrote:Re,

Re, thanks for your reply! I learn a little more! 4,7 ohms measured at 20 ° ok, mine I measured it in the garage by 13 °! I asked the seller the question for compatibility, suddenly it gives me a glimpse of the location of this probe, I found the plate but nothing noticed behind, I would look better this evening when I get home!

RE
Yes, sorry I forgot the K! well I looked, I did not find the probe physically in the fridge. I looked at the same time if I had some in reserve but not at this value (I have an electronics lab being passionate for 50 years)
It makes me go crazy this fridge, not only there is the code F2 which is no longer erased (faulty probe) but in addition I find it running with -23 ° frozen, I will unplug it completely so that the probe is found in the test T °!
The compressor is controlled by a triac on the card and a relay on the compressor.

I do not want to abuse, but I would also like your opinion, for the over-intensity boot, is it possible to associate a progressive boot circuit like this:

I don't know, but the losses are likely to be quite significant. 12 V fridges democratize https://www.backmarket.fr/refrigerateur ... 19760.html

Re: Fridge Liebherr IKS250 is cold but stops after 10mn
Hello Izentrop,
thank you for this link, it's interesting!
I must specify that the fridge that I want to troubleshoot is tailor-made for my motorhome and I can not afford to buy a new one especially as it is an A ++, good brand, quiet and up-to-date in fast temperature (very important because in summer it is not the same heat in the vehicle as in a house!)
I do have another fridge in the same dimensions with electronic thermostat that works perfectly but 100W, a little weak and long to put in T °!
To return to my fridge, if I can't get it to work with the current CI, I would put a standard electronic thermostat, but I'm afraid of losing performance (I don't know too much), there must certainly be a auto defrost ...
Have a good day
