Multi-stranded copper tin electrical solders that break?

And if they were repairing rather than throwing and change? Rediscover the pleasure of the repairs yourself. How to diagnose a problem or find spare parts? Repair itself is way to save money generally!

Crimping example neither too much nor too little. On one of the pods we see the pinched wire, the strands are flattened but not crushed.

These lugs are not suitable for soldering on an electronic circuit ... am I wrong?

If it is a trade circuit, it will take precautions to strengthen the wire but anyway it will be a weak point.
If it is you who design copper, in this case it is necessary to provide connectors that will receive crimped son. Look how it's done in a car or even electric bike, scooter not low end. And anyway it's better for assembly or maintenance.
If it interests you I can help you in MP or by email

Good bin I think I'm having bad luck with the welds at the moment ... or a big problem of quality materials / know how ???

Yesterday is the braid mass of my mig that broke, and we can not say that it's small section!

One of the 2 strands was oxidized / HS on not far from 15 cm!

I made an extension in the spring 2018 from a starter!

In short, the soldering, I repaired with simple rislin necklaces ...

Funny, it looks even more like copper! But hey, not pure copper 100% (poor quality cable? Galvanic torque?), Electricity, a little moisture corrode and it breaks ...

Hello,

The problem may be the residual stripper next to the weld :?:

Hello, because of the corrosion, it's not new. You should have stripped a little less and put a splint to maintain the connection.

The CNOMO (automotive industry) standard prohibits tinning. Only crimped lugs offer durability of connections over time.

EDIT: At the PCB level there is a solution that limits the breakage of soldered wires directly on the board.
See the excellent youtube channel of Philippe Demerliac (Cyrob) and more particularly this video

I have also seen on one of your photos that you do not really master the stripping ... the strands are damaged at the edge of the insulation. To make farting a junction is not better!
Either a little more meticulous during this stage it will limit the troubles.
