You can ask Mercinat (importer in France) the question.

I confirm: it is not ready. It seems that the fins are removed and the paint blisters etc ...

Regarding Windéo: I have them for reimbursement and dismantling (town hall file not in accordance with reality, 8 panels instead of 12 including 4 in the north, 2 leaks, non-compliant panels, wind turbine planned too close to the rooms etc., etc ) . And I think I will have to go further with a well-supplied file and my photos.
