There is another graph a little more explicit:

It has doubled the number of turns of each of the 27 coils, which increases the output voltage. At 400 rpm it goes from 17.5 V to 42 V when empty and allows the same power to be supplied at a much lower speed.
Like what the KV mean nothing.

Haha great!!

So it looks more complex than expected the story ..
I think I will still try it like this and if the results are not satisfactory I will try a rewind.
Thank you for the find of the handyman it is very interesting despite the appetite complexity at first.
