Hi,
Has anyone ever heard of power regulator??
See the link,
http://www.alpestechnologies.com/docu_regulateurs.htm
Do you think it can help me with something in my project?

Bonsoir.
I do not know that under that name. The principle of operation is to automatically connect capacitor banks to provide reactive power.
in my opinion, given the relatively low power you use, you should not need it. Finally, especially considering the price it must cost.

Science begins with curiosity.
an interesting achievement (I quickly went all over the wire and I did not see him quote).

Hello,
I already knew the site of Mr Moreau, it is very complete.
For the turbine with small spoons, it is a Pelton ... used with low flow (<30L / s) and high head (> 30m) ... in general.
Thanks for the little Up of the subject ...
I am always looking for new information concerning load control circuits (diagram and manufacturing plan) or on IGC (Generator Controller Induction) circuits.

..... Mandarin !!!
No, nothing good, we must translate everything to get to understand the operation ... it's way too long ... there are the 179 pages for the mono + all the file on the three-phase ... I'm really Too bad in English and even with translators .... it's Chinese!
There are some people who have looked into the subject ... but it's quite complex circuit ... I'm still waiting for information ...
I'm in contact with Nigel Smith, a face in hydropower ... I'm waiting for his answers.
Now, I'm sure these circuits exist ... I found them for sale ... too expensive .... 900 $ per phase without the discharge resistors.
I think I will ask for help directly from electronics ...
I registered on the group yahoo on the microhydro ... I go fishing information ...
If you find some things ... let me know !!!
